After my initial years of teaching I realized quickly that students were oftentimes not engaged in measuring their own growth as learners and as such the focus became primarily "grades". If you are ready to shift your pedagogical approach as to what "learning" can really be, then join me in this journey that is guaranteed to help you THRIVE as an educator and learner too!
